little taste of brasil...before i get there.
So, I wont even be at my University, PUC-RIO until July 3rd-ish. But, this tuesday, the University is closed because Brasil is in a big World Cup soccer match. yup! that would never happen in the US, closing an entire university for any sports game.

I'm going to miss you so so so so much!
If I were a country, I would shut down everything for the entire duration of the Cup and make my entire citizenry go cheer for its team. But that is why I am not a country: we'd be broke and inefficient because of my love for futebol. And also because it is impossible for me to be a country. I can have a country named for me, I can run a country, etcetera, but be a country? UN-possible.
