I know it's been FOREVER since I blogged but that is because I am sooo busy here in Chile that I
really havent even had a minute to blog! And WARNING: this blog is not going to be as informational as it should be, because I only have 25 minutes to write it before the Stanford Center in Santiago closes.
So The end of brazil was FABULOUS!
The fam came down and we travelled to Bahia, the Amazon, and Iguassu Falls. Then we were back in Rio for New Years Which was fabulous!
Then Mom and I came down to Chile and visited Pucon and the Lake District for a few days. Then we came back to Santiago, she dropped me off, went home, and now I'm here in Santiago with Stanford.
I'm living with the family that I have lived with when I was here before which is fantastic. I'm super busy with classes and friends, and starting next weekend I will be travelling for all of February.
First I am headed to the Northern most part of Chile: Arica
Then I am going down SOUTH to Valdivia
and Then I am going ACROSS the Andes to Mendoza in Argentina for their annual wine festival!
I am taking three classes here:
Latin America in the International System
Cultural Expression in Latin America
and Spanish Writing
I also have an academic internship with an organization called Acción Emprendedora.
